Viper Subsea Ltd started trading in July 2007 with three staff based in an old converted barn in Tickenham. By January 2009, they had moved to more modern, newly built offices in Portishead. Five years later, they have moved to even larger offices, still in Portishead, and are employing around 40 members of staff.
North Somerset Council is preparing draft planning guidance to clarify the approach to the negotiation and implementation of development contributions required as a consequence of development proposals. The first document is this Development Contributions: Principles and Operational Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). Comments must be received no later than Wednesday 29 October 2014.
