The Food WorksSW

The Food WorksSW is a vibrant new centre of excellence for nurturing local food and drink business, located in the Weston Business Quarter, Junction 21EA, ten minutes from the M5 motorway.

The Centre has twelve food-grade business units (4 x 1500 sq. ft. and 8 x 1000 sq. ft.) To Let. Units are available for food and drink manufacturing on easy in, easy out basis with access to technical support and expert advice from the on-site team. In addition, four state of the art product development rooms, including a multi-purpose, flexible commercial kitchen space are available for business to hire on a one off basis and for regular short-term use.

The Food and Drink Forum Ltd  runs the centre on behalf of North Somerset Council and will be working closely with the authority to support food and drink businesses in North Somerset and across the wider SW region

The Hive

‘The Hive’ is a landmark 20,000sq ft business centre providing a base for start ups and small businesses in Junction 21 Enterprise Area Weston-super-Mare.
Inside, the professional, flexible and affordable space provides fully-equipped offices with high speed broadband, easy in easy out terms, a managed reception, virtual offices, meeting rooms, on-site business support, a business club and networking opportunities.

Leigh Court

Three miles from the M5 and close to Bristol city centre, Leigh Court is a Grade II* listed mansion offering serviced office space. The site, in a parkland setting, has offices of various sizes which would be suitable for between two and 12 people.

Rental is offered on easy-in, easy out monthly terms, which includes a full range of office services, from security to reception and much more. These services are flexible and can be tailored to individual needs.

In addition, tenants have access to business services such as on-site catering and preferential rates for corporate hire. Virtual office solutions space provide a prestigious address and all the facilities required, such as a telephone answering service and post forwarding on a daily basis.

Pure Offices (Portishead)

Provides a range of fully-serviced accommodation which combines studio, workshop, office space and a virtual office service in a campus style location.
High-speed fibre optic broadband is included in the price and the centre is in an excellent location just off Junction 19 (M5).

The Stable

The Stable Creative Hub brings to Weston-super-Mare a totally fresh approach to desk-based work. With over 400m2 of space laid out over three floors now – and another 300m2 to be available as small offices from September 2019. Clevedon Craft Centre

Teaching workshop available to hire. It can accommodate around 15 people which includes sole use of the teaching workshop.

Access to toilets, a sink, kettle, tables, and chairs for use.

Please note that the workshop is located up some stairs so unfortunately is not wheelchair friendly.

The current Half Days rental is £45, and a full day rental is £90.
