Business Continue to face tough challenges and many people are struggling with uncertainties and changes brought about by Covid-19 and other economic factors, which is having an impact on people’s mental health.
The Thrive at Work West of England programme gives the tools and training needed to help embed good mental health practices in your business and support your employees during this difficult time.
Developed in partnership with Mind, the leading mental health charity, the programme includes a free e-learning tool called Managing Mental Health at Work and a range of interactive tools and training resources.
Availability of the course has been extended to include free access for private sector and voluntary, community and social enterprises in the West of England, in addition to individuals and managers in small and medium enterprises, including the self-employed and sole traders across all sectors including hospitality and retail.
The course aims to support managers, including looking after your and your employees’ mental health. It will build your confidence in supporting employees and covers how to talk about mental health and your role as a manager.
