Grant Applications Now Open: A Great Opportunity for Creative Freelancers
7th August 2024
Are you a cultural or creative professional with experience in using your practice to engage young people? The West of England Cultural Education Hub is excited to officially launch their new Creative Freelancers Grant and want to see if you’ve got what it takes to change the future.
The West of England Cultural Education Hub has a vision to give every child in the West of England region the chance to experience quality cultural education, both in school and beyond, guiding them to achieve their aspirations and gain access to a broad range of cultural activities. This transformative vision is made possible with funding from the West of England Combined Authority Arts Council England.
Project Highlights
The West of England Cultural Education Hub’s main focuses are connecting schools and creative practitioners and building valuable connections to provide young people with enriching cultural education opportunities. In addition, they are offering fully-funded CPD opportunities for teachers to develop their skills in creative and cultural subjects.
The initiative celebrates local and regional diversity through a variety of interactive sessions and workshops. To support creative practitioners, they also provide funding and training packages to ensure the high-quality delivery of activities.
