Free Carbon Surveys now available until the end of Sept!

Free Carbon Surveys are now available through North Somerset Council’s Net Zero Business Grants Programme.
North Somerset Council has launched a Net Zero Business Grants Programme to support small and medium size businesses (SMEs) with decarbonisation works to continue working towards a net zero North Somerset area.
The programme is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is running from April 2023 to April 2025.
Through the Programme, organisations will be able to apply for a capital grant of up to £30,000 to perform energy efficiency measures, such as LED replacements, draught proofing, installation of air source heat pumps and renewables.
North Somerset Council will be offering match funding of up to 70% for businesses depending on the size, location, and type of project.
To apply for the carbon survey, SMEs must have a registered trading address within North Somerset. Community Interest Companies (CICs) are also welcome to apply.
All organisations must apply for a free carbon survey through the council by the end of September 2023 to be eligible for a grant.
