Applications for International Co-production funding are now open!

UKGSF are pleased to announce that the UK Global Screen Fund’s International Co-production funding strand has reopened for applications. This round is open for application until the deadline at midday on Thursday 28 September 2023.
A further round is set to open in 2024.
UKGSF are holding an informational webinarto run through the essentials of the International Co-production funding strand on Wednesday 9 August at 1pm, which you can sign up for here.
What you can apply for
Eligible companies can apply for funding of up to £300,000 towards:
- ‘minority’ feature film co-productions (co-productions where the contribution of at least one of the other co-producing partners is greater than the overall contribution of the UK producer) in any language and any genre, including fiction, animation and documentary, which are co-produced with international partners
- television co-productions (whether ‘minority’ or ‘majority’ in nature) in the animation and documentary genres only, in any language, which are co-produced with international partners
Support will be in the form of non-recoupable grants. Please read through the guidelines before beginning an application.
