SEND Employer Forum

Location: Sensory Learning Base, Knightstone Campus

Event information: Weston College are inviting employers to learn more about Supported Internships through a dedicated forum involving employers and the Faculty of Inclusive Practice.

They will be discussing and evaluating feedback on skills required from employers that can embed with learners, the support needed to welcome an intern and tangible routes into employment.

This will be an exciting and valuable event where businesses can bring ideas, discuss need and promote opportunities for learners with additional needs so all can break down barriers and walls into meaningful employment opportunities.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

Travel: The Sensory Learning Base is located at Weston College Knightstone Campus. A 15-minute walk from Weston train station with on street pay parking available on Lower Church Road. Further car parking is also available at the Royal Hotel and Melrose Car Park on the Seafront.
