Intellectual Property (IP) Advice Session For Start-Up & Small Businesses

Intellectual Property (IP) ranges from logos and corporate identity to product, services and processes. IP consists of four main areas: Copyright, trademarks, patents and registered designs. Knowing your IP rights can help protect your business ideas, creativity and new products from imitators.

The sessions are delivered online by staff from the Business and Intellectual Property Centre Bristol, who offer confidential one-to-one sessions on a range of IP are not IP attorneys and therefore cannot give you legal advice. If after this initial conversation you would like to speak with an IP attorney, this can be arranged through a range of partner IP attorneys who offer free help.
