Food and drink businesses and residents in North Somerset and neighbouring areas are invited to take part in a free, expert-led workshop on allergen management, taking place on Wednesday 4 June 2025.
Delivered by Food Works South West, this session is designed to help food and drink operators strengthen their allergen management practices – from supplier approval to product labelling.
Why attend?
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) reports that poor allergen management is one of the main causes of product recalls in the UK. This workshop goes beyond the basics, offering practical advice and guidance to help businesses implement a robust allergen management system.
Topics covered will include:
