About FoodWorks SW

Located in Weston-super-Mare, less than 30 minutes from Bristol, FoodWorks SW is the South West’s only dedicated food and drink innovation centre. Since opening in 2020, the facility has supported over 300 businesses, helping them develop, diversify and grow their product offerings.

The centre offers:

• Specialist development kitchens for bakery, dairy and drinks production
• 12 food-grade business units (1000 sq ft and 1500 sq ft options)
• In-house technical experts providing professional guidance
• Business lounge and coffee shop open to all businesses
• Conference and meeting facilities accommodating 2-100 people
