Join Creative Shift for a pair of free workshops exploring the power of creative health practice in supporting wellbeing, connection, and professional development.

Led by experienced facilitators, these sessions are designed for creatives, freelancers, and small businesses working in arts, health, and community settings.

Session 1 – Creative Health in Practice (6 Nov)

• Explore the participant experience in creative health settings

Session 2 – Quality Creative Health in Context (20 Nov)

• Understand the national and local landscape of creative health
• Map your networks and partnerships
• Apply the Quality Framework and Reflective Cycle
• Design your own creative health workshop

Each session includes hands-on activities, group discussion, and time to network.
