Leadership & Management Skills Bootcamp – Applications Now Open

MUTI Live is proud to launch its first Leadership & Management training programme of 2025, designed specifically for professionals in the events and creative industries. Supported by the West of England Combined Authority, this Skills Bootcamp is 90% subsidised for SME employees and fully funded for sole traders.
What is it?
This training is designed to help managers and future leaders in small businesses build confidence, improve productivity, and lead their teams more effectively in fast-moving, creative environments.
Participants will gain practical skills to support team development, decision-making, communication, and adaptive leadership—all tailored to the needs of the events and creative sectors.

Programme Details
- Start date: Wednesday, 4 June 2025
- Duration: 9 weeks
- Time: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Location: The Courts, Bridewell Street, Bristol (in person)

Led by experienced trainer Tracey Lewis, the bootcamp covers key leadership and management topics:

- Managing conflict and making decisions under pressure
- Coaching and mentoring for team development
- Adapting your leadership to meet changing needs and priorities
Cost
- SME employees: £385 per person
- Self-employed/sole traders: Fully funded (100% subsidised)
About the Trainer

Tracey Lewis has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles across the private, public and voluntary sectors. She specialises in developing leadership capability and delivering impactful, high-quality training. Her work supports organisations of all sizes, including those in the creative, cultural and events sectors.
Tracey is known for her practical approach, helping teams achieve results in challenging environments and supporting people at all stages of their careers.
