Free Expert-Led Branding and PR Event for Food and Drink Businesses in North Somerset

Small and medium-sized food and drink businesses are invited to a free expert-led event focused on branding, marketing and public relations, taking place on Thursday 22 May 2025 at The Food WorksSW in Weston-super-Mare.

Running from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, Meet the Experts: Branding, Marketing and PR will offer practical advice to help food and drink producers grow their brand, reach wider audiences and protect their intellectual property.

The session brings together four leading specialists from across the industry:

• Mark Girvan, Creative Partner at Buddy Creative, will share insights on building a strong brand identity in a competitive market.
• Becky Craven, a professional photographer and content creator, will discuss the power of visual storytelling in showcasing your brand.
• Hayley Reynolds and Harry Hook from RAW PR will explore how to craft compelling PR campaigns and work with influencers.
• Thomas Chartres-Moore, Head of Intellectual Property at Stephens Scown LLP, will offer legal advice on brand protection, including lessons from recent trademark disputes.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other food and drink entrepreneurs and take a guided tour of The Food WorksSW’s specialist facilities, including their new product photography suite.
