Culture West – Support for the Creative Sector in the West of England

Culture West is an ambitious two-year programme to support the creative sector across the West of England.  The programme will open up the sector to more work for creative professionals, increase access to creative spaces, give mentoring and business advice for freelancers, start-ups, and established sector organisations, commission new festivals, and provide industry-led skills training and advice.

18 organisations, comprising the unitary authorities, universities, agencies and service providers, are working together to deliver 12 projects; all of which are open to creatives based in North Somerset.

To help creative freelancers find the support they need a Creative Freelancer Resource Map has been developed available here  Culture West – West of England Combined Authority (westofengland-ca.gov.uk)

The purpose of the map is for any Creative Freelancer based in North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset and Bristol to see what offers / support are available through Culture West and some wider opportunities too.  Use this resource to stay up to date with Culture West offers and more.
