Connect to Work is now live

We are excited to share that Connect to Work is now live and here to support your recruitment.

We’re working with employers across the West of England to help you find, recruit, train and retain the right people — free of cost.

This support is tailored for hard-to-fill roles or for workers who may need additional support because they are facing barriers to work such as long-term health issues, disabilities or other challenges.

You will have access to a wider talent pool of local candidates, guidance from specialist employment advisors and ongoing in-work support to help improve retention.

Candidates are pre-prepared, and we work closely with you to understand your roles and find the right fit.
