Be Part of Something Extraordinary: Join Trigger
Where epic imagination meets inclusive creativity
Are you ready to reimagine public spaces, create unforgettable experiences, and make art accessible to everyone? Trigger is calling for passionate creatives, producers, technicians, and volunteers to join our award-winning team.
Who We Are
From flying giant dragons to growing magical pop-up gardens, we dream up and deliver bold, brave live events that interrupt daily life and bring communities together. Based in a converted post office in Somerset’s beautiful Mendip Hills, we’re a registered charity creating boundary-pushing work that makes audiences think, connect, and care about our planet.
Our portfolio includes PoliNations (commissioned by UNBOXED), the breathtaking Each Tiny Drop installation, and directing Manchester International Festival’s 2023 opening ceremony. We amplify local voices, showcase emerging talent, and tackle the issues that matter most.
