North Somerset based Dynisma, among Top 10 in the FEBE Growth 100
29th August 2025
Dynisma, the pioneering motion simulator company founded by former Formula 1 engineer Ash Warne, has been named among the Top 10 in the FEBE (For Entrepreneurs By Entrepreneurs) Growth 100, a list celebrating the fastest-growing businesses in the UK.
The FEBE Growth 100 recognises and celebrates outstanding businesses that are not only growing rapidly but are also founder-driven, entrepreneurial, and independently owned. Dynisma’s inclusion in the top tier of this prestigious list is a testament to its breakthrough technology, exceptional global growth, and the scale of its contribution to engineering innovation in the UK.
Dynisma was founded to address a critical gap in vehicle development. Traditional simulators lacked the real-world correlation needed for accurate virtual testing. In response, the company engineered a new class of ultra-responsive, high-fidelity motion platforms, known as Dynisma Motion Generators (DMGs). Built to precise customer specifications, DMGs integrate chassis setup, physics models and digital twin environments for road and track to deliver ultra-low latency and high-bandwidth feedback. The engineering marked a step change in Driver-in-the-Loop simulation, enabling race teams and OEMs to access the advanced capabilities once reserved for the highest levels of motorsport.
Founded in 2017, Dynisma now supplies simulator systems from global automotive OEMs to Formula 1 teams. Its platforms reduce reliance on physical testing, compress development timelines and improve efficiency across the vehicle development lifecycle.
With over 125 experts based at its Technology Campus in North Somerset, near Bristol Dynisma is a major engineering employer and a key contributor to the UK’s advanced manufacturing sector.
Ash Warne, Founder and CTO of Dynisma, commented: “I started Dynisma to push the boundaries of what motion simulation could deliver. Being recognised by FEBE as one of the fastest-growing founder-led businesses in the UK is incredibly rewarding – not just for me, but for our whole team, who have turned a bold engineering idea into a new technical benchmark in simulation. This recognition is fuel for the next stage of our journey.”
Graeme Cook, CEO of Dynisma, added: “This is a huge honour and reflects the strength of our technology, our culture, and our people. As a team, we’re proud to be flying the flag for British innovation on a global stage and to be helping our customers rethink what’s possible in simulation, development, and performance.”
Charlotte Quince, Founder of FEBE, said: “The Growth 100 isn’t just a leaderboard – it’s a tribute to the founders pushing boundaries, taking risks, and building brilliant businesses against all odds.”
