We encourage North Somerset businesses across the region to begin preparing for this exceptional opportunity to gain national recognition for your achievements. The King’s Awards are the highest accolade for UK business excellence, celebrating outstanding performance in Innovation, International Trade, Sustainable Development, and Promoting Opportunity through social mobility.

Applications for the prestigious King’s Awards for Enterprise are expected to open in summer 2025.

Most UK-based organizations can apply if they:

  • Have at least two full-time UK employees (or part-time equivalents)
  • Maintain good compliance with HM Revenue and Customs
  • Operate as a self-contained enterprise
  • Demonstrate strong corporate social responsibility
