Portishead Lake Grounds Opportunity

North Somerset Council have an exciting new opportunity for Portishead Lake Grounds encompassing Food and Beverage, Boat House with Lake Access and Family Activity Area. This site will be offered under lease from January 2025.

We would expect the formal process to be published on ‘Supplying the South West Procurement Portal’ in September.
