Trigger: Producer Opportunity

North Somerset’s Trigger are looking for a proactive, solutions driven and highly organised producer to join their team.
The Producer will be passionate about the arts and creative practice with experience delivering high quality events. The ideal candidate will have excellent production and project management skills and thrive working in collaboration with creative teams to deliver projects.
This is an exciting time to join Trigger with a bold and ambitious programme of work planned for 2024/25 including The Hatchling at Wakefield’s Year of Culture, GROUND at Brighton International Festival, TEABREAK touring festivals across the UK, and Trigger’s first nature and arts themed Summer Club.
The role is full time and is based in the idyllic location of the Mendip Hills in North Somerset. We offer a generous flexible working policy including ‘Flexi-Friday’s’ and working from home on Mondays, plus an annual training and development programme for all staff.
