UK Games Fund Content Fund

Funded by the UK Government, the UK Games Fund – Content Fund has been established to support ‘commercial games-for-entertainment’ studios wishing to scale-up their operations. The scheme will support the development of intellectual property, allowing video games companies to attract investment and reach their next stage of growth.
The aim is to create new jobs in the creative industries, which are one of the Government’s five priority sectors to grow the economy.
In September 2023, a £5 million in additional investment has been used to establish a new UKGF Content Fund over 18 months (from September 2023) to get games ready to release.
Individual grants of between £50,000 and £150,000 will be awarded.
