BAKE OFF: THE PROFESSIONALS IS BACK!

If you are a pastry chef, chocolatier or pâtissier by trade, and you want to test your skills against the very best in the business, apply now.
A team will consist of one Team Captain and one assistant pastry chef (the Team Mate). The Team Captain must be of senior/head pastry chef level. The Team Mate can be at any other professional level (e.g. sous, chef de partie, commis). The Team Captain and Team Mate should apply together on one application
Each team will represent the team captain’s current employer (the Establishment) or, where the team captain is not currently employed, an appropriate team name will be chosen to be approved by Love Productions.
Establishments, teams or chefs that have already featured are not excluded from applying again.
