NSC Business carbon support

We are offering a number of SMEs in North Somerset a unique opportunity to learn about:
- climate change and what it means for your business
- measures to understand and calculate greenhouse gas emissions
- actions to reduce emissions.
We are committed to ensuring that individuals, groups and businesses have the opportunity to learn more about reducing their environmental impact.
Companies in North Somerset will be offered a heavily subsidised package of business carbon support made up of carbon literacy training, a carbon baseline assessment report and carbon reduction plan. The support is specifically designed for small to medium enterprises and will require a £100 contribution.
The first carbon literacy training course is due to run on 1 and 2 March.
