Community Learning – Free courses for work skills and wellbeing

The coming of spring can inspire the awakening of fresh ideas and renewed optimism. Community Learning are offering a wide range of courses both to develop work skills and to support wellbeing.

We offer short courses to adults living in North Somerset (minimum age 19). Priority is given to those who are in receipt of certain benefits or with few or no qualifications.

All our courses are currently free and are held both face-to-face – in a range of local venues – and remotely. For remote courses participants will need access to the internet with a PC, laptop or tablet.

  • Community Emergency Response Volunteer Training
  • Zoom Training
  • Brush up your Maths
  • Business Skills
  • Positive Art
  • Get Growing
  • Building Self-confidence
  • Goblin Combe Woodland Adventures
  • Managing Work and Business at Home
  • British Sign Language
  • Prepare to Pass the Driving Theory Test
  • Introduction to Early Years and Working in the Childcare Sector
