Getting customers back to the High Street

10th March 2021

The council’s new project to help boost town centre footfall by supporting high street businesses with social media and Covid-safety advice, is now live.  If you operate in Nailsea, Clevedon, Portishead or Weston-super-Mare town centres you can be part of this free scheme.

Funded through the government’s Reopening the High Streets Safely programme and backed by the European Regional Development Fund, North Somerset Council will help businesses engage with their customers, get advice about trading safely and improve their marketing.  The scheme will also include Local Rewards shopping incentives.  Delivered by Maybe Solutions the project will run for 12 months, primarily through social media.  For further information contact Josyanne.clarke@n-somerset.gov.uk
