Weston-super-Mare
Weston-super-Mare is the largest town in North Somerset with a population of over 80,100. The town is set to grow further through a mixture of residential and commercial development during the forthcoming years.

Located on the Bristol Channel coast, Weston-super-Mare is a seaside resort with a range of regeneration projects and exciting developments such as:
- The Grand Pier (which re-opened in October 2010)
- Dolphin Square and the Rotunda (Tutto restaurant) which have recently been granted planning permission
- Improvements to High Street (south)
Weston beach provides an expansive area for a range of activities including wind and water sports. The town also includes a selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
As well as benefitting from £11m Civic Pride investment in the town centre and seafront, Weston has also recently seen the completion of a £34m investment to improve sea defences, upgrade seafront roads and enhance the promenade with new lighting, seating and public art. This scheme has won many awards including the prestigious Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) South West Planning Achievement Awards 2011, and from the Institute of Civil Engineers, the Concrete Society, the Considerate Constructors, the Association of Consulting Engineers, the 2011 Street Design Awards and the Worshipful Company of Paviors.
Being situated at Junction 21 of the M5 motorway, Weston-super-Mare provides a convenient business location with access to the South West of England. Bristol Airport is within 25 minutes drive and there are regular train services to Bristol and London Paddington.
There is an unprecedented level of commercial property development coming forward in Weston, providing opportunities for businesses to expand or relocate. Further details of investments and opportunities in Weston can be found in the Weston - ready to go brochure.
