Weston Airfield, Weston-super-Mare
This development will provide both office and industrial quarters within the Weston Regeneration Area.
A new road linking the A371 to existing business sites along Winterstoke Road will improve access and links to the town centre. This will be amongst residential development, community facilities, leisure facilities and open space.
Planning consent details can be viewed on the North Somerset Council website for:
- The reserved matters planning consent for the formation of a business park and an industrial quarter, comprising of B1, B2 and B8 use, hotel, public house/restaurant and crèche.
- Plot A3 Reserved Matters - office building with associated car parking
- Weston Business Quarter Reserved Matters - landscaping and construction of road and other infrastructure to serve initial phase of development
