Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)
The West of England LEP has identified J21 Enterprise Area for business growth, inward investment and to provide new jobs in Weston. This is one of four Enterprise Areas and an Enterprise Zone to support growth and jobs across the West of England.

- Knightstone Housing Association regional HQ 40,000 sq ft – the second biggest new office development in the South West, opening Spring 2013
- Leisuredome £50m, 356,200 sq ft extreme sports attraction - planning decision in 8 weeks, opening Spring 2013
- North Somerset Enterprise Agency 20,000 sq ft managed workspace with full permission, opening Spring 2013
- Locking Parklands – first speculative office space and sites from Spring 2012
