InTouch offers small to medium sized organisations all over the world a simple to use sales and marketing system that helps them communicate and grow. InTouch is one of the leading systems of its type in the world and all of what we do is based from our Head Quarters in Station Road, Worle, Weston-super-Mare.
Our company started in 2005 but launched its first release in 2008. We have been continually growing and developing our web based system ever since and now have 4,000 customers all over the world.
In October 2012, we won the Software Satisfaction Awards (SSA) for the best SME CRM and Customer Management product in the UK. The award is extra special as our customers voted for us and so it shows that we are not only delivering a great product but a great service as well. We were also finalists in 2011 and semi-finalists in 2011’s CRM Idol.
At the beginning of 2014 we unveiled a new and refreshed look and an improved system. We focused around simplicity, user-friendly navigation and easy to understand, straight forward language.
Later the same year, InTouch announced a partnership with Santander, being selected as the bank’s CRM software of choice for their iBusinessHub
InTouch has customers in every type of industry from small carpet cleaning businesses here in Weston-super-Mare through to global organisations like the 2015 Rugby World Cup. All were fed up of using spreadsheets to store information or taking the time to send individual emails. Most of them got tired of using faceless organisations who do not understand their business and what they were trying to achieve. They gave InTouch a go and now never have to worry about losing vital business contact information, bits of paper with that potential big new deal on or spending hours sending an email by copying and pasting email addresses into their out of date email systems.
