This site is located within 2 miles of Junction 20 of the M5 motorway and approximately 13 miles from Bristol. Yatton railway station is within 3 miles providing regular services to Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Taunton. Bristol Airport is approximately 13 miles to the south east offering daily flights to many major European cities.

St. Modwen, the schemes developers, intends to commence infrastructure works in 2011 to enable companies to take occupation of new premises during 2011/12.
