First established in 1972, the Ontrac Agency is one of the region’s leading marketing services companies. Now employing 30 people in offices based in Nailsea, North Somerset and Newtown, Powys, this independently owned business works with local, national and international businesses. Size of client business is irrelevant. We work with individuals – face to face.

Ontrac’s strength is in understanding the client, the brand, the consumer and the market and finding an effective communications solution that fits the budget and achieves the objective. Ontrac has created 4 service areas namely Retail, Events, Promotions and Design. These services are independent of each other but they are also interdependent.

Our ultimate aim is to get our clients in front of and closer to their customers. We work on market growth, market share, trial, loyalty, product and brand. We deliver through tried and trusted tools such as Advertising, Branding, Event Management, Design & Print, PR, Press & Media, Direct Marketing, Packaging & Point of Sale (POS), Promotions and Social Media Marketing.

Our customer base is as diverse as our work. We undertake retail marketing for Laura Ashley across Europe and the Garden & Leisure Group in the UK including POS and catalogue production. We create roadshows, events, conferences and exhibitions for numerous Government departments in Westminster and Cardiff and have clients from the Indian sub-continent aiming to breakthrough into the UK market. We also produce one-off events for specialist clients such as Low Carbon South West.

Our design capability is supported with an in-house photographic studio and editing suite – cost effective for our catalogue clients such as Dogs Trust. Our decades in business have given us significant media buying experience and knowledge - of great value and importance for clients such as Avonline plc.

North Somerset has been our home for more than two decades and we are lucky enough to work on a large site with adjoining land. We grow vegetables on our allotment and have chickens running free around our site. The simple joy of working in beautiful countryside helps with creative thinking which, we believe, generates great marketing thinking for our clients and their brands and products.
