Relocation & aftercare

The Economic Development Service at North Somerset Council offers support and assistance to businesses looking to relocate to the area and those expanding within the area. This service includes:

• Help finding suitable land/premises
• Provision of relevant local information (including skills, education, transport, housing, employment sites town profiles etc)
• Act as a key contact for the council, putting businesses in contact with other relevant teams within the authority (e.g. planning, regulations etc)
• Provision of key local contacts to help businesses link to other support available including networks, agencies, recruitment, training etc
• Aftercare and ongoing support as and when it is required
